Our Keto Reset program is one of very few guided ketogenic challenges! It is a short but intense program that focuses on ketogenic food plus lifestyle factors to get you amazing health results! The Keto Reset program keeps you on track with the support of a behavioural nutritionist, weight loss mentor and an awesome group of people who are just like you.
Our ketogenic 30-day cycle is aimed at people who have already been doing paleo, primal, clean eating or have done Keto previously, who have a basic knowledge of Keto and are ready to cycle into a more advanced phase of their nutrition program.
The aim of the program is to help you reset your body with foods that promote the optimal functioning of your digestive and hormonal systems. With a heavy focus on increasing your fat intake and significantly reducing your carbohydrate intake, this program is not for beginners. Because of the level of intensity, this program does not suit everyone – it is not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. The Keto Reset starts on the first Monday of every month.
The 30 day Keto Reset programs aims to help people into a state of nutritional ketosis. Ketosis is when the body has the ability to burn fat as fuel and the lier naturally creates fats called ketones. Ketones can burn fat more efficiently than carbohydrates can. In a state of Ketosis you become a fat burner rather than a sugar burner.

Keto Reset has a focus on reducing inflammation. This means we have designed the meal plans with whole, real foods in mind. Our meal plans are free from gluten, sugar, soy and are also almost entirely dairy free (with the option to remove it entirely).
A lot of ketogenic diets consume protein and dairy in excess with minimal vegetable consumption. Our focus is to eat a variety of both animal and plant fats, and maximise carbohydrate intake with vegetables.
Your program will include: meat, poultry, fish, nuts, seeds, vegetables, coconut products and more!
All of your macronutrients are specifically balanced for the day, however swapping protein sources if you aren't a fan (such as fish in favour of chicken) is easily done too.

Please note: one of the core aspects of our programs is the support that is offered – this has proven time and time again to be key to our participants success. If you have done 10 Week Challenge, then you will notice that we do not post as much and aren’t quite as active in the support group. Keto Reset offers a support group where you are encouraged to participate and ask questions which we monitor and answer regularly, however we have a much more hands off approach to this challenge which is reflected in the huge decrease in price.
